Service Description

* Please select the time of your first session. You will book subsequent sessions through another link. Take a deep heart and mind dive into a 3 month journey to uncover your life’s purpose, clear limiting beliefs and negative emotions holding you back from living a fulfilled life, and get into alignment with your highest self. I use the powerful modalities of Neurolinguistic Programming, T.I.M.E. Techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique and Hypnosis to help you get to the root cause of the limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns holding you back from stepping into alignment with your higher self. Each session we will get laser focused on a specific issue you want to tackle so that you are able to reprogram your subconscious mind and tap into your limitless potential. This is a sample coaching schedule and can be customized to your unique situation: Step 1. Uncover Secrets to a Fulfilled Life (weeks 1 & 2) Problem: Do you feel at crossroads and not sure of your purpose. Looking for a promotion? Unsure what to look forward to? Trapped in mom role? Bored? Passionless? Outcome: You will get clear on your goals and plans, get clarity to see what you really want in life and adjust your daily schedule. You will find your true identity and make your days more meaningful. Step 2. Say Yes to You and No to overwhelm and stress and exhaustion (weeks 3 & 4) Problem: You are used to running on autopilot, tired, no time for self-care, overwhelmed, stuck, stressed, unappreciated. Outcome: I will help you move through challenging emotions and mental blocks Step 3. The Winner’s Binge Problem: You doesn’t really know how to self-soothe without sweets, alcohol, Netflix, and feel like an emotional eater Outcome: I will give you tools to handle emotional eating and self-soothe through EFT, NLP, and recorded hypnosis. Step 4. Energy Blueprint Problem: You are aging and want to focus on health, but seem to be demotivated to work out, and not sure what to eat Outcome: You will learn how nutrition affects mood and energy, and get tools for mental and physical health. Step 5. Time Management Formula Problem: You lack a regular route, struggle with a long to do list Outcome: You will learn to manage time better. Step 6. Self-care script Problem: You are used to putting yourself last, feel guilty, reactive not proactive. Outcome: You will learn better tools and habits like journaling, a morning ritual, visualization, tapping and habit change.

Cancellation Policy

This is a time you have chosen to invest in yourself and your future. If you need to reschedule, please do so within 24 hours. I will wait for 10 minutes in case you are late. If you are a no-show, there will be no reimbursement. If I need to rescheduled on my end, I will let you know as soon as possible and let you schedule a new time.
