Before we begin working together, let's have a Breakthrough Discovery call. This is a FREE phone or video chat appointment where I'll walk you through a process to: ​ Uncover the challenges you are experiencing. Discover YOUR vision for your health & lifestyle. Discover what might be slowing you down or stopping you from already having what you want. Get clear on your best next step toward a happier, healthier, and calmer life! When you select the date and time, there will be a brief intake form so I can learn a bit more about you and make sure we are the right fit. Breakthrough coaching is not a one-size-fits-all service, and it's important we don't proceed until you're ready for serious change.

Cancellation Policy

This is a time you have chosen to invest in yourself and your future. If you need to reschedule, please do so within 24 hours. I will wait for 10 minutes in case you are late. If you are a no-show, there will be no reimbursement. If I need to rescheduled on my end, I will let you know as soon as possible and let you schedule a new time.
